Paul Beaudreau

Paul was born and raised in Burlingame and is a proud Burlingame High Alum. Much of his knowledge comes from having this connection to the community. Allowing him to understand the subtleties' in value throughout the array of different neighborhoods along the Peninsula, " The value of a neighborhood is far more than a school rating or a walk score." After graduating from San Diego State University with a Bachelor's degree in Financial Services and minor in History, he returned home to Burlingame to pursue a career in real estate and to help manage his family's properties. "I chose real estate because I wanted to sell a product that I truly believe in; that I'm passionate about. And there's no better investment than real estate right here in San Mateo County."In his free time Paul likes to stay active by going to the gym, snowboarding, hiking, backpacking and traveling. He is also a passionate Bay Area sports fan."I have tremendous pride in where I came from, and that directly translates to how I sell real estate."
Dreux Hansen

Dreux is a lifelong Peninsula resident and a fourth generation Californian. Dreux grew up in Hillsborough attending its elementary and middle schools. He went to Crystal Springs Uplands Preparatory and attended The University of Southern California majoring in English and Business. Dreux's passion for real estate stems from his interest in architecture, history and the inherent uniqueness of each property he sees. Dreux's work in real estate began 9 years ago working with noted San Francisco real estate economist Lynn Sedway. At Sedway Consulting he studied real estate development, land use issues and their economic implications, as well as managed a consulting business. Customer service has been a primary focus during all of Dreux's work experience and he has successfully brought together these interests while working with buyers and sellers on the Peninsula and in San Francisco. Dreux's in-depth understanding of market conditions and intimate knowledge of the Peninsula and the nuances that make each neighborhood and location special allow him to quickly recognize value and opportunity for his clients. Close relationships with other top agents and knowledge of both active and off-market properties give his clients a competitive edge allowing them to successfully achieve their real estate goals in a competitive marketplace

I am a Bay Area native and was born and raised in Burlingame. I am a proud homeowner in San Mateo where I am always out and about with my Border Collie/Terrier pup, Pepper. Being a ‘foodie’ I love being surrounded by so many amazing restaurants throughout San Mateo County and the Bay Area. I can’t get enough of our beautiful landscape and how we are so lucky to be within a drive from the city, ocean, mountains, the bay and especially the wineries!
Real estate is such an incredible way to build wealth - especially here along the Peninsula! My parents came from such humble beginnings and traded up through 11 homes (often living in the in-law/ADU) before making it to my Burlingame childhood home. Also with my dad being a general contractor I grew up visiting job sites and exploring homes. My parents’ real estate journey made a profound impact on me. I am so passionate about making real estate attainable to all and helping our clients build generational wealth.

I was born in Taipei, raised in Los Angeles, and have been living in Burlingame since 2012. I am always exploring all the Bay Area has to offer with family, friends, and my dog - and whenever I get a chance I am out trying the newest restaurant. Living so close to Silicon Valley is perfect for me since I love learning about all the latest technology and electronic gadgets.

I am passionate about real estate and marketing. I enjoy using my knowledge of digital media and design development landscape to help our sellers get the highest possible price for their home. While the homes along the Peninsula can showcase themselves, I focus on how to make your home standout from the competition.
